Daniel serves as a Corporate Connection Lead with CSX, primarily supporting Experiences in Dunwoody–Perimeter. Former technology product manager and corporate learning facilitator with experience in hybrid-team engagement. That background gives Daniel a practical understanding of how people enter unfamiliar rooms, how group energy changes over time, and how small moments of welcome can shape an entire Experience. Their facilitation style is structured, concise, and excellent at helping cross-functional groups find common ground. They are especially well suited for Corporate, Technology, Professional settings, where participants may arrive with different expectations, comfort levels, or reasons for attending. Daniel focuses on making the experience feel organized without becoming rigid and social without becoming performative. Outside of facilitation, Daniel is interested in product strategy, tennis, Korean food, leadership development. Those interests help keep their public profile personal and give participants an easy sense of the person who will be helping shape the room before the Experience begins.
